Join instructor Liz Laneri for this light impact intro to yoga class. This class is designed to build the foundations of yoga. With an emphasis on breath and body-connection, this beginner class will help build strength, flexibility and balance with a focus on alignment and form.
This class has just eight slots so registration is required. There is a limited number of props and blankets. Bringing your own yoga mat is suggested. This class is open to all everyone ages 14+.
