$8 – $12
Garden salad? No! Garden movie!
Pixar’s critically acclaimed Ratatouille (2007) follows the adventures of Remy the rat, a rodent with a refined sense of taste and smell who gets separated from his colony in the sewers of Paris. Pursuing the finer things in life, Remy makes his way to the restaurant of his favorite chef, Gusteau. When he learns that Gusteau has died and his name is being used for frozen dinner, Remy teams up with Linguini, a garbage boy in the restaurant, to create an unstoppable culinary combination and save the restaurant. Fantastic animation combines with gut-busting humor and heartfelt sentiment for a sumptuous visual feast.
Bring the family and enjoy Ratatouille on the museum’s north lawn, behind the Rock Garden.
Gates open at 7 p.m.; movie will begin at dusk.
Bring your own blanket and picnic. BYOB. Snacks (popcorn, cotton candy, and sno-cones) will be available for purchase.
