River Romance: 28th Annual Head of the Genesee Regatta
Join Head of the Genesee Honorary Chair and special guest, Arshay Cooper at The Head of Genesee Regatta. Arshay was a member of the first all-African American high school rowing team and has gone on to become a coach and mentor for hundreds of inner-city youth. he will be signing copies of his book, "Suga Water" which is a motivational memoir of his experiences.
