An upbeat, fun and robust community-focused information expo, held at the newly renovated Sibley Square, 260 East Main Street, 14604, from 10am-2pm on Saturday, April 28. Sign up to be notified of updates and other upcoming events (we have several each year)!

Who will be there

Exhibitors include REALTORS®, housing developers, property owners, lenders, and resources to tap for financial information. Don’t want to wait? Register here to have a financial institution, rental manager or non-profit service provider contact you directly. 

This year, you can check out a wide variety of community organizations, schools, libraries, cultural groups, and businesses showcasing downtown and neighborhood housing opportunities and resources. Attend a seminar on Homebuying 101, Renting in Rochester, or a special workshop on Fair Housing.

WDKX will be doing a live broadcast, there will be food trucks, samples from WellVentions, games with Rec on the Move, items for sale from local businesses, you can sign up to see a list of special open houses scheduled for Sunday, April 29…something for everyone! See the full list of participants here.

Take a tour

As part of the Celebrate City Living expo on April 28, we will again have two 2-hour bus tours of Rochester’s historic neighborhoods. These bus excursions, guided by expert Jason Haremza, are an informative and entertaining introduction to Rochester’s neighborhoods and housing stock. If you are a prospective City renter or home buyer, this tour is a great place to start as you figure out where to call home. Register to take the bus tour….

    • The Landmark Bus Tours are not intended for recreational purposes. If you are not a prospective City homebuyer or renter looking for an overview of Rochester neighborhoods, please do not register for this tour.
    • The Tour is not recommended for children under 14.
    • The Bus Tour does not stop at open houses. It is strictly a driving tour through some of Rochester’s neighborhoods. Open Houses are scheduled for April 13.
    • All of the Bus Tours follow the same route. Please sign up for only one tour.
    • The April 13 tour will depart from 260 East Main Street (Sibley Square)
    • The Tour will depart promptly at 1:15pm. Please arrive 15 minutes early and allot enough time to find parking.

In addition, Rochester Pedal Tours will be offering a few tours of Center City on their amazing bike (weather dependent).
