Around the Town Neighborhood Ensemble Concerts – Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra
Bring your lawn chairs, family, and friends for these free outdoor concerts! Each concert features ensembles comprised of musicians from the RPO. The rain location for this event is the Olmstead Lodge in Highland Park (171 Resevoir Avenue).

Freedom Trail Tribute: US Colored Troops (USCT) – “On Behalf of Those Who Lie in Yonder Hallowed Ground”
Rochester-Monroe County Freedom Trail Commission annual remembrance of black Civil War soldiers (USCT) who fought to preserve the Union and are buried at the cemetery. Free and open to the public; bring a lawn chair. Activities mainly in Grand Army of the Republic section; Meet at South Entrance, opposite The Distillery. The commemoration is held in conjunction with various community groups, including the Buffalo Soldiers Presentation Team and AKWAABA: the Heritage Associates.
